Orders typically take 5–7 business days to be fulfilled. Depending on your location, shipping may take an additional 3–7 days. In some cases, fulfillment might take up to 14 days especially if you’re far from our nearest fulfillment center.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, reach out to us at support@verveance.com. Once we verify the issue, we’ll get a replacement shipped to you at no extra cost.
Due to the personal and wearable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors. Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.
We accept most major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed at checkout.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the shipping address can’t be changed. Our fulfillment process moves quickly, so please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
We ship to most countries, but not all. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to regions that are currently under sanctions, experiencing war or political instability, or have severely limited international shipping infrastructure. If your country is unsupported, you won’t be able to place an order at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that link to monitor your package’s journey right to your door.
If something’s off, let us know within 14 days of delivery. Send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If approved, we’ll ship you a replacement at no charge.
Depending on your location, taxes may be added at checkout. For international orders, you’re responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.
