Return Policy

To start things off, be informed that we want every order to land just right. If something’s off, we’ll work with you to make it right within reason and policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.
Undeliverable Orders
If a package couldn’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or if it went unclaimed, it will be returned to our shipping facility. Once received, we’ll notify you by email, and the item will be held for 14 days at no additional cost. If you wish to have it shipped again, reshipping costs will apply and must be covered by the customer. To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Each clothing is a personal, wearable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or sizing errors (on the customers end). This includes changing your mind after the order is placed or selecting the wrong size or color. Accepting unilateral returns for change-of-mind compromises the quality and value of the pieces we hope to provide our wonderful community, and we aim to maintain high standards across every item shipped. We encourage all customers to refer to the size guide and product details before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Be sure to include a clear description of the issue along with well-lit photos of the item. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
In the case of lost packages or significant shipping delays beyond the expected delivery window, we will work with you to confirm the issue. Once verified, we’ll resend the item at no additional charge. While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or high-volume periods.
