Shipping Policy

We’re all about getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works when you order from Verveance.

 

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, products cannot be shipped to unsupported countries, and as such, purchases from those regions will not be processed at checkout. This includes countries under international sanctions, in active conflict zones, or with unreliable shipping infrastructure. Fulfillment & Processing Times

Most orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days, but in some cases, processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location and proximity to the nearest fulfillment center. We do our best to ensure prompt and efficient service while maintaining the quality and care you expect from Verveance. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

 

Shipping Costs

We use flat-rate shipping based on region. These rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the delivery address. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or as part of first-time customer deals.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict these charges.

 

Undeliverable And Returned Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information or is unclaimed and returned to our facility, we will notify you via email. The order will be held for 14 days, during which time you may request reshipment. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost Or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe and appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@verveance.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and resend your order at no additional cost once confirmed as lost.

 

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability, location, and logistics. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational changes or carrier updates. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Please check back periodically for the latest information.
